anyway very nice pics of your pets!! gaganda nila..

no problem.. actually ang pag mist ng substrate ay ok lang kaya lang nga you have mite problems so magandang iwasan mo talaga ito at depende nga din sa requirement ng specific T.. pero moist substrate is necessary for most(if not all) rainforest sp.'s so maganda nga ay vermiculite.. dahil mahirap mag maintain ng moist substrate using coco peat or soil mataas ang chance magka mold and mites.. pero tingin ko if you keep their environment clean eh ok naman.. more attention lang sa paglilinis pag ganun..

soil/coco peat dry substrate lang except for the T. Blondi.. well you can keep the Blondi's substrate dry pero you have to maintain high humidity sa enclosure nya with ventilation ha to avoid making the air stagnant.. the L. Parahybana are very hardy and can live naman with a dry environment.. just make sure they have access to clean water most of the time..
and yun nga you always have to keep their enclosures clean..

may nabasa ako sa isang thread ang gagawen mo sa substrate mo ay ilagaymo muna sa freezer overnight to kill the mites (just to make sure na walang buhay na mites sa ggwen mong enclo)..
