how many times does t's molt til adult?
how do you know when its ultimate molt?

IME, I dont count how many molts they made. I base it at the size. For example a female smithi will range up to 6 inches and a male smithi will range up to 5-6 inches. Also, you can notice the changes from the two pedipalps and additional hooks in the front legs of the male Very Happy

Males have palpal bulbs and Tibial hooks (some Ts dont, like chilobrachys and poecilotherias). Sa female naman, pag nareach na yung max size.

Lets wait for other's input.
