usually ang worms medyo mataas ang fat content kaya people prefer to feed roaches and crickets.

If you have decided to feed them worms, just make sure that you pinch/crush the head (kung superworm) before mo ibigay sa inverts mo, SW do bite kasi.

Mas ok kung may variation yung diet ng inverts mo pero if you dont have any feeder available kundi worms, pwede naman.

opo. mas maganda varied ang diet... pero sa mga alaga ko mas gusto nila ang lats (roaches)
