Mga sir and Maam, ano po ang magandang diet for longi? may specific diet po ba ito like kung lats lang, superworm, dubias, crickets, or mixed? and eto po yung image nya tama po ba yung pagkamoist nya?

Lats, dubia, crickets, mealworms (for slings), superworms (for juvies and adults) mas maganda kasi kung may variation yung food nila and hindi ka nag-i-stick sa isa lang =)

+1 po ako sa canbi ni mam kuting, mas mganda kung may variety, kaya as much as possible marami kng klase ng feeders... Very Happy

thank you po sir babymajo and mam kuting.. question din po ang longi po ba aggresive sa pagkain nya? yung tipong nangaatake or kelangan isubo mo pa sa kanya yung feeders para kainin using a forceps? thanks po

sa akin kc hindi cla forceps feeding, kya pag nilagyan k ng feeders susungaban nila bigla at iipitin nila ng pincers nila na parang mahahati sa dlawa, mas astig kc panoorin pag natural silang naghuhunt kaysa forceps feeding, mas mganda pa kung gutom ng konti ung longi at pagnaglgay k ng feeders susungaban nila, variety pla ung diet ng scorps k pero mas gusto nila ang cricket kaysa lats, hindi k p nasubukan ang dubia kc nagpapadami p ako.. Very Happy

thanks po sir and maam, pansin ko nga po mas gusto nila ang lats compared to superworm, try ko rin po gutumin ng mga 2 weeks para sagpangin yung lats, or baka po premolt sya, eto po pics, pahelp na rin po, thanks

It is alright to stick to one type of feeder if you have no other options. I have fed my inverts strictly on a B. dubia diet and they are fine.

Instead I vary the diet of my feeders to ensure that they ingest a wide variety of nutrients.

What your feeder eats, your scorp eats.

Scorpions are more stimulated to hunt prey that moves, and roaches are perfect for this. Unlike superwoms which burrow in the substrate.
