| hi guys  ill be getting 3 3i Hoffmannius spinigerus.. hope it arrives well  konting katanungan lang po.hehe 1. anong set up and substrate bagay sa kanila? is a 5 gal tank enough? 2. ilang years yung life expectancy nila? 3. kelangan pa ng heat pad? any advice po para mapahaba ang lives nila at maging comfy sila sa enclosure.. salamat and more power  | |

| 1. it's a desert type scorp so dry substrate (mix cocopet and sand), they sizes vary from 55-60 MM (around 2.3") biggest female may reach up to 70mm so a 5gal tank is enough, make sure na madaming hides. 2. lifespan? di ko alam 3. it's a desert type scorp, and sa temp natin ngayon d2 sa pinas hndi mo na cguro need may headpad, unless you live on other colder spots like baguio. good luck po sa bagong alaga mo. share ka ng pics pag nakuha mo na wait natin advice ng mga master na d2. | 1. anong set up and substrate bagay sa kanila? is a 5 gal tank enough? masyadong malaki yata yung 5G na tank para sa isang V.spin, masyadong maliit sila. in my experience, dry cocopeat will do. you can also use sand, white sand amganda sa kanila.  2. ilang years yung life expectancy nila? wala akong idea.haha 3. kelangan pa ng heat pad? no need, tropical country naman tayo, d ganun kalamig para sa heatpad. hiwa hiwalay mo bro para iwas cannibalism.
sand or dry coco peat will do, plus misting on one side.
sa sobrang liit nila I was able to grow some sa delicup hnggang adulthood kaya yung 5 G overkill yun, except kung marami kang adult para sa colony set up.
