| Feeding T's, especially slings, frequently such as daily or every other day is considered power feeding. Power feeding speeds up the growth of T's but shortens their lifespan. People usually power feed slings. | |

| ahhhh.... na try nyo na ba sir na mag power feed ng slings at umiksi ang lifespan ng T after it matures?
kaya ko lang natanong mga sir kasi na power feed ko (ata, di ko sure kung power feeding ang pag bigay ng 2 small crickets a day) yung g.rosea ko, after ko makuha. 1 week ko ginawa 2pcs crickets/day. after a week she/he entered into pre-molt. at yung bago kong vagans sling(c/o sir benjie), mga 5 days na sakin, ganun din feeding routine.
medyo naguguluhan pa hehe.. we'll learn from experience.. sana di maging ganun ka bad ang results!

| You can stop once your rosea reaches 2 inches or you may continue power feeding if you're trying to catch up maturity for a mating pair. | |

yun nga po sir ang plano.. I'll gradually lessen their food intakes until they reach a desirable size of about 2''-2.5''.

| I guess meron ngang advantage and disadvantage ang "Power feeding"
Well in my case ok lang i-powerfeed yung mga slings... pero pag medyo umabot na sya ng 1inch (for me) diet na sila... 2x a week or less nalng sila kakain... para mabalance ung diet nila... kung meron man mawawala dun sa life span nila.. i guess an estimate of 2-5 years.. lang ung mawawala... (just a rough calculation.)

| salamat sa inyong replies! as of now, I'm feeding my slings every other day w/ 2-3 food items. I'll be sticking to this method until they reach 2'' in size.
